Comment on Riga & Tallinn: 2016 Trip Planning by mark.
We used Lux express from Tallinn to Riga 2 years ago. Really enjoyed the bus trip there is some great views of the Baltic Coastline as you travel. We stayed at old town maestro just inside the old town.
